Is my personal information safe when I order from HunterPet?

Yes, HunterPet is very concerned with the issues of online privacy and electronic security and that is why we have set up our site with secure shopping using Digital StoreFronts and VeriSign technology. The SSL technology is the best software available to secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. You'll know your transaction is secure if a lock icon appears (Internet Explorer), a complete key icon (Netscape) and/or the prefix "https:", rather than the standard "http:" appears in the URL address window. 

HunterPet will also never sell, rent, or otherwise give access to your personal information to any other company or individual. We do occasionally send out e-mails with special coupons or to announce new products or website features. If you do not wish to receive further e-mails from us, simply respond with the word "Remove" in the subject field and we will remove your name from our list.

Are prices in U.S. dollars? What methods of payment does HunterPet accept?
Yes, all prices are in U.S. dollars. HunterPet accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Check cards do not generally work with our credit card system. If
you do not have access to one of these credit cards, contact us at info@HunterPet.com or 1-866-HuntPet (486-8738) to inquire about the possibility of using other methods of payment.

Does HunterPet require a minimum order?
HunterPet is happy to honor any size order, whether it's one nylon dog collar,
10 tie-out chains or 50 jeweled cat collars.

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
Sure, if you would like to make a change to your order just contact us at
info@HunterPet.com or 1-866-HuntPet (486-8738) and let us know. The sooner the change is made the better so we can avoid the possibility of the initial order being shipped. Do not resubmit your order using the online shopping cart. This could result in duplicate shipments being made as well as duplicate charges to your credit card.

How will my HunterPet order be shipped?  How are the shipping & handling charges figured?  Do you provide express shipping options?
HunterPet orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S.
Postal Service (USPS). If a customer would prefer using one or the other, they may indicate that choice in the Special Order Instructions area of the order form. Our shipping/handling charges are based on cost of the items ordered. The following is the breakdown for orders shipped within the continental United States. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other areas may incur additional charges:

We can express ship orders to all areas of the continental U.S. An extra charge of $12.50 will be added to the normal shipping/handling charge for Two-Day Delivery and an extra charge of $25.00 will be added to the normal shipping/handling charge for Next-Day Delivery. Express shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and any destination outside the U.S. will incur additional charges based on where the order is shipped. The express shipping charges will not appear in the shopping cart, the charges are added after the order is received by HunterPet. 

To request express shipping, simply make a note in the Special Instructions box on your order form, or send us a an e-mail (info@HunterPet.com) when the order is submitted. Be specific about which option you'd prefer, 2nd Day Air ($12.50 extra) or Next Day Air ($25.00 extra).

How long will it take to get my HunterPet order?
Delivery time varies according to where the order is shipped, but all orders
should be received within 2 weeks. We will notify customers via e-mail if there is a delay. If you have not received your order in that time, please contact us at info@HunterPet.com or 1-866-HuntPet (486-8738) and we'll track down your order and find out what is causing the delay.

s HunterPet accept international orders? Are there special international shipping rates?
Yes, HunterPet does accept international orders, but at this time the
HunterPet shopping cart system does not include this option. Since shipping rates vary greatly, we are currently handling international orders on a case-by-case basis. To find out what the shipping charge will be before placing an order, customers should send a list of the products they want and where they would like the order shipped to info@HunterPet.com. When an international order is placed through the shopping cart system, an extra charge will be added to cover the shipping expense. The amount will be determined by the weight of the shipment and delivery location. The customer will be informed of this extra charge in an e-mail confirmation of the order.

What is HunterPet's policy on returns, both for refund and exchange?
Full refunds are available for unused items or items with defects that are returned within 30 days of the order date. Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded. Exchanges for a different size or color of the same product can be made at any time if original items are returned in like-new condition. This policy does not apply to collars with name plates attached.  Collars with plates can be exchanged or returned but there will be a $5 service charge to help offset the cost of wasted materials.  

To return or exchange an item, simply repack in a sturdy box or envelope and include a copy of the packing slip. So we can better serve your needs, please also include a detailed explanation of why the items are being returned.  Ship to the address provided on the HunterPet packing slip, 1314 Nabholz Ave., Conway, AR 72034. All returns must be prepaid.

Does HunterPet have a catalog?
No, a HunterPet catalog is not available at this time. Since our product
line is quite extensive, the printing costs for a catalog are cost-prohibitive. Our entire product line is available for purchase online. If you can't find what you're looking for, send an e-mail to info@HunterPet.com and we'll let you know if the product is available (and maybe you just couldn't find it) or if it may be available sometime in the near future. Sizing is an important issue when purchasing a muzzle, collar or harness,
both for safety and comfort reasons. We have provided sizing information throughout HunterPet.com to help you find the correct size for your pet, and more information is being added to the site regularly.
