Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Full refunds are available for unused items or items with defects that are returned within 30 days of the order date (Except for Guardians - which have a 10 day return policy). Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded. Exchanges for a different size or color of the same product can be made at any time if original items are returned in like-new condition. 

To return or exchange an item, simply repack in a sturdy box or envelope and include a copy of the packing slip. So we can better serve your needs, please also include a detailed explanation of why the items are being returned.  Ship to the address provided on the HunterPet packing slip. All returns must be prepaid.

Are prices in U.S. dollars? What methods of payment does HunterPet accept?

Yes, all prices are in U.S. dollars. HunterPet accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Check cards do not generally work with our credit card system.  

Shipping

How will my HunterPet order be shipped?  How are the shipping & handling charges figured?  Do you provide express shipping options?

HunterPet orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

We can express ship orders to all areas of the continental U.S. An extra charge of $12.50 will be added to the normal shipping/handling charge for Two-Day Delivery and an extra charge of $25.00 will be added to the normal shipping/handling charge for Next-Day Delivery. Express shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and any destination outside the U.S. will incur additional charges based on where the order is shipped. The express shipping charges will not appear in the shopping cart, the charges are added after the order is received by HunterPet. 

To request express shipping, simply make a note in the Special Instructions box on your order form, or send us a an e-mail (info@HunterPet.com) when the order is submitted. Be specific about which option you'd prefer, 2nd Day Air ($12.50 extra) or Next Day Air ($25.00 extra).

How long will it take to get my HunterPet order?
Delivery time varies according to where the order is shipped, but all orders should be received within 2 weeks. We will notify customers via e-mail if there is a delay. If you have not received your order in that time, please contact us at info@HunterPet.com or 1-866-HuntPet (486-8738) and we'll track down your order and find out what is causing the delay. Also, custom made to order items will take 7 - 10 business days to make before shipping.

Does HunterPet accept international orders? Are there special international shipping rates?
Yes, HunterPet does accept international orders, but at this time the HunterPet shopping cart system does not include this option. Since shipping rates vary greatly, we are currently handling international orders on a case-by-case basis. To find out what the shipping charge will be before placing an order, customers should send a list of the products they want and where they would like the order shipped to info@HunterPet.com. When an international order is placed through the shopping cart system, an extra charge will be added to cover the shipping expense. The amount will be determined by the weight of the shipment and delivery location. The customer will be informed of this extra charge in an e-mail confirmation of the 
order.
